A card in a golf bag or a photo in your camera roll can be the starting point for a digital record. Import the scorecard image through the photo input flow and let the recognition step prepare the numbers for your review.
Keep the golfer in control
Recognition is an aid, not the final authority. Compare each player's row and each hole with the original image. Correct any value that was missed or misread before saving; handwriting, glare and unfamiliar layouts can affect the result.
Make the record useful afterwards
Check the course, date, players and score information together so the saved round is easy to identify later. Once the round is ready, continue to scorecard design and image sharing when you want to celebrate the day.

Prepare one clear image
Place the card flat, keep the whole score grid in view and use even light. Avoid fingers, folds and reflections over the numbers.

Open photo score input
Choose the scorecard image in the app and start recognition. Keep a network connection available for AI processing.

Compare against the original
Review player names, hole order, par and scores wherever they are populated. Pay attention to handwritten corrections and whether the card uses strokes or scores relative to par.

Correct and save
Edit misread or missing entries and verify the totals. Save the reviewed round, then find it in your records before moving on to design or sharing.

Make it part of your round
After a round scored on paper
You used the course's paper card all day and want a digital copy of the result. Photograph it before it gets folded away, then review and save the record while the players and any corrections are still easy to remember.
A personal best worth keeping
An older scorecard marks a round you do not want to lose. Start with the photo, add or check identifying information and verify every score. A clear date and course name make it easier to recognize later.
Can the AI make a mistake?
Yes. Similar-looking digits, crossed-out scores, shadows and row alignment can cause errors. Always compare the recognized values with the original and correct them before saving.
What kind of photo works best?
Use a sharp, evenly lit image taken as straight-on as possible. Include the complete score area without excessive background. If a number is hard for you to read, retake the photo or enter that value manually.
What if some holes are not recognized?
Review the result and fill in the missing values from the card. If much of the grid is wrong, try a clearer image. The review step matters more than accepting an apparently plausible total.
